equip partnered with SoftServe and Science Museum Events to produce the Annual Summit 2026, blending a day of engaging conference sessions with an evening cocktail reception and three-course dinner. The goal? Create a relaxed, intellectually stimulating atmosphere for attendees to enjoy from day to night.
🌟 The Smith Centre offered a welcoming conference space filled with natural light. Effective branding and strategically placed screens with the central painting in The Smith Centre kept as a focal point, enhanced the setting.
🚀 To elevate the evening, the first-ever dinner was hosted at Space, which gave the event a real USP. With an astronaut attending and a keynote set against the backdrop of the moon, the synergy made complete sense. Dining surrounded by space history, Tim Peake shared his incredible space station story, making the experience unforgettable.
🎤 equip managed all production elements - from staging and lighting to sound and screens, while showcasing Soft Serves first physical showcase of their new brand. Discreet tech and custom lighting enhanced the ambiance, bringing SoftServe’s branding colours to life by using wireless uplighters.
