Calling out to all Shackleton and Endurance enthusiasts… the 150 year anniversary of Shackleton 3 day event begins next Friday the 17th may at the Royal Geographical Society London
Gallery midnight will be exhibiting a collection of 20 original paintings to add colour to the most enduring sea faring story ever known.
I have selected the painting ‘Pending Doom’ to go to auction at the event with proceeds going towards the reconstruction of a scale model of Endurance to take up residence at the National Maritime Museum.
The gallery listing will be £20’000 but the bid has already begun at £5’000
