Platform 1 Gallery is an artist-led, non-profit project space set up in 1998 by local art students in a disused waiting room in Wandsworth Common Station, London. In November 2005 artist Ema Mano Epps (one of the original founders) opened the space to the public as a gallery and a public project space. The project space was assisted by the team; artist Nik Jones, Merlin and Danny Fulcher. The P1 s

pace is versatile hosting residencies, exhibitions, talks, performances and workshops by emerging, mid-career and established international and local artists and curators. The new mentoring programs start in February 2018 and every 1st Sunday of the month is a walk in, free sessions for the public to get involved and create their own masterpieces.
