PROPS DAY!
With the roulette wheel of weather spinning, we've had our first session of Props Day. Session two starts at 1pm. It's great to see and hear these machines up and running.

PROPS DAY!
There will be two sessions of engine runs for Props Day - 27th October. These will be at 11.00 am and 1.00 pm. To answer a question we have been asked a few times: this is a normal ticket day and you do not have to pre-book, although there is a small saving if you do.

✈ Watch propeller-driven aircraft fire up on Props Day (27 October);
✈ Build an Amy Johnson-inspired aircraft model at the Fly Festival Workshop (28 October);

PROPS DAY - OCTOBER 27TH
On 27th October we have our Props Day where we are running our propellor driven aircraft - the Dakota, Devon, Se5a and Kitten. It's always great to see and hear these machines in action. This is a normal Admissions day - no special ticket is required. There will be two sessions - morning and afternoon.

KEITH BURNS ART SHOW...
We're busy setting up for tomorrow's exhibition of Keith's stunning work. There are plenty of pieces available to buy and the man himself is here to chat and sign his work.

HALF TERM APPROACHES!
Half term in our neck of the woods is from 26th October and we have plenty for the whole family to enjoy.

Tuesday, 27th - Props Day, where our propellor driven aircraft will be fired up in two sessions – morning and afternoon. Normal Admissions day.

Wednesday, 28th - Fly Festival Workshop – Amy Johnson Day. A busy engaging session for children 5yrs+, to find out about Amy Johnson becoming the first woman to fly solo from England to Australia. They can construct their own models of the De Havilland Gipsy Moth she flew halfway across the world! There is a seperate charge for this event.

Thursday, 29th - Families can get hands-on with some of our smaller exhibits, with sessions in the main hangar run by our Schools Team.
