Shed on the Fell

Shed on the Fell Set in the beautiful surroundings of the Ribble Valley, artist Laura Brown creates images inspired by nature. Prints, cards and commissions available.

"I wanted these cards to be a celebration of winter and to evoke some of the sights I see up on the fell when walking my dog. The artworks began life when doing some initial ink sketches sat in front of the fire one evening. They naturally developed from there! I added collage from a variety of sources which I think created movement and texture to the images. I was really clear from the outset tha

t the cards would not be overtly Christmassy, just subtle hints that winter has arrived. And the added bonus is that you can keep these cards on show into the New Year! I hope you enjoy them as much as I did making them."
