On the banks of the Beaulieu River, in the heart of the New Forest National Park, you will find the peaceful haven of Buckler’s Hard. The Buckler's Hard Museum gives an insight into the history of this 18th-century shipbuilding village focusing on its vessels including those built for Nelson's Navy. You can also take a trip on the river or a walk beside the riverbank for an opportunity to see some

of the abundant wildlife that inhabits its banks. Buckler's Hard is located in the New Forest within easy reach of the popular tourist destinations of Bournemouth, Southampton and Wi******er.
