We've also been making the most of the flurry of Dryads Saddle or Pheasant back mushrooms.

Cerioporus squamosis tastes great and has a multitude of uses.

The pores emit a Watermelon fragrance.

We took less than half of what we saw leaving plenty to sporulate and lots more fresh pins coming through, but these log piles were well colonised, what a pleasure, recipes and preparation techniques coming soon.

3 Workshops across two days, with Coast, Wicca, Preservation and Morels.
