This Saturday, May 23, the Pender Harbour Living Heritage Society is launching their part of the Japanese Canadian Community Histories exhibit series!

Visit their location at Sarah Wray Hall to explore the histories of early Japanese Canadians from kalpilin Pender Harbour, including stories of the Ikeda, Kayahara, and Kawasaki families who lived here before 1942.

Thank you to the Sunshine Coast Foundation for their support of this project!
