Hello Folks, we interrupt your usual coffee content to ask for your support. On April 8th, 2026, Lebanon experienced its largest attack in decades and in an effort to help our homeland, we are going to be biking 100km (1km for every strike dropped in that 10 minute time period). Along the way, we will stop at Saint Maron Parish & Our Lady of Lebanon Parish, before finishing the ride at Typist Studios & Coffee (a Lebanese Owned Small Business).

They’re using GoFundMe to track our donations, we will be closing donations at the end of the day on April 18th and then doing one lump sum donation to the Lebanese Red Cross.

🚨 CAFE UPDATES 🚨

Exciting news: we will now be open on Mondays! So you can get your Typist fix every day of the week. Also, we will be opening an hour early on weekdays for all you 9-5 folks ☕️ so come by and grab a coffee on your commute (did you know we have a parking lot?)

Spring is in the air - which means it’s time for some new flavours. You’re gonna love our new specials 💓 They are beyond tasty and all our syrups are made in house!

Have you ever watched a Canadian indie film with its co-director and had a direct conversation with them? No…? Well, we can correct that!

We are super excited about this one because we’re gonna be watching “Suze”, written and directed by Dane Clark and Linsey Stewart and Dane is gonna join us! He’s gonna tell us all about the inspiration, the idea and the process as well as answer our questions after the screening!

It’s a new project and we wanna try it! We don’t know how it will go (that’s why the tickets are cheap) but if it works out - there’s an endless possibility for you to expand your family.
