The sky is still a little hazy and smoky outside but there’s nothing but bright and cheerful skies inside the gallery!

With art from 14 talented, local women artists, all with varying mediums and styles, there really is something for everyone to brighten your day!

The summer weather has arrived and what better way to take advantage of it than to extend our gallery hours and to introduce our outdoor art cart!

Weather permitting, the market cart will be curated (on open gallery days), with handpicked and freshly harvested art, from tiny masterpieces to beautiful local creations.

New artwork is arriving regularly in the gallery and there are some fun new surprises. Come in and see for yourself!

“I am a spontaneous artist and continually challenge myself with any medium I approach. My watercolours are planned and deliberate but often surprise me. My approach to acrylic paintings develops intuitively by building up layers with marks and textures until something ‘alive’ shows up. I enjoy the process of provoking images out of abstraction. I have a printmaking press in my studio and create mostly monoprints as they are the most expressive and painterly. Recently I have explored painting with organics and sometimes incorporate found objects in my pieces.”
