Thanks to our wonderful community, the 28th annual Empty Bowls was such a success! This year’s event raised over $49,000, which provides more than 98,644 meals for nearly 73,000 adults and children in the Waterloo Region who rely on food assistance.
Since 1998, Empty Bowls has been organized by the Waterloo Potters Workshop and us to raise money for the Food Bank of Waterloo Region and help fight food insecurity in our community. We are grateful that, with the help of our community and sponsors, we can continue this mission to support The Food Bank of Waterloo Region in providing the support needed!
