Did you know that the speed limit on Dewdney Trunk Road (known today as Kingsway), used to be 6 miles, or just under 10 kilometres per hour? This photo from August of 1915 has a sign in the background proclaiming the danger of driving faster, though we know people got caught speeding over the bridge.

We’ll see you on Saturday to talk about this and other crimes at our PoCo After Dark walking tour. Please dress for the weather, and remember that because of some of the crimes we’ll be talking about, this is an adults-only tour!
