VIA Rail's "Ocean" is on final approach to the end of its eastbound run, rolling through the "cut" at the south end of Halifax with the station just around the corner. Fall colours are evident along the cut, with the Tower Road bridge visible above the Park car in the distance. This photograph was taken from the popular Young Avenue bridge by Steve Boyko around 2001.

It's our 6133, back on January 17, 1981 resting in south Edmonton, Alberta. It looked a little different back then, with a MARS light, grates on the windows, and no diaphragm. From the collection of Christopher Greenlaw.
