Yesterday, participants in the Discovery Lab’s Stop Motion Magic workshop discovered just that! Together, we explored animation, frames per second, storytelling, and the power of movement frame by frame.

Across the museum, visitors and their grown-ups are experimenting with light, reflection, projection, and movement in ways that feel playful, surprising and sometimes a little out of this world!

We especially love seeing visitors discover the live kaleidoscope installation created by students from , where every movement becomes part of the artwork!
