September brings a brand-new season of play to the London Children’s Museum! 🍂🌟

We’re celebrating an incredible summer with our Summer Send-Off, before the big kids head back to school and our littlest visitors take over for Toddler Takeover Week! Later this month, meet a family of real honey bees with LOLA Bees, discover the magic of traditional animation with local artist Dungo Draws, and more!

A quick heads-up while you’re planning your adventures: the London Children’s Museum will be closed September 14–18 for our annual Closure Week. We’ll be ready to welcome you back on September 19!

In the words of Bill Nye, “Science rules!” 🔬🌟👨‍🔬

Yesterday, our friends from STEAM Education Centre showed us why during a special Discovery Lab Takeover! Visitors explored the science of waves with slinkies, colour, and some extra cool live demonstrations!

A big thank you to our friends at STEAM Education Centre for taking over Discovery Lab and sharing the excitement of science with our visitors!

If you’ve explored our Community Roots exhibit recently, you might have noticed a new addition to the Wellness Centre! 🌎

Thanks to support from the Raffi Foundation for Child Honouring, our littlest visitors can explore a special zone just for them! This Early Years Play Zone helps create another fun way for little learners and their grown-ups to explore and connect at the London Children's Museum.

Join local Mi’kmaq beadwork artist and screen printer Mik Stevens of Flourish and Grow for a hands-on workshop inspired by strawberries! 🍓

Using colourful pony beads, visitors will explore pattern and creativity as they make a beaded keychain to take home.
