What a pleasure to share the Ingersoll Cheese Museum’s story with museum colleagues from across the country! 🧀
From September 22–24, I attended the Adaptable Museum Conference, presented by the Alberta Museums Association in collaboration with the Canadian Museums Association. I joined Nordicity for an interview-style session, “Bottling the Magic: Leveraging Leadership Spark to Build Lasting Vibrancy.”
Together, we explored our Museum’s transformation over the past three years. From new programming and increased visitation to the teamwork and community relationships that have helped us grow into a vibrant community hub.
The questions, conversations, and enthusiasm from attendees were incredibly encouraging. Hearing two participants describe our presentation as their favourite session of the conference was a meaningful reminder of how much we have accomplished together 💛.
