Happy Mother's Day to all the mums out there, and especially, to the remarkable, the one and only Carol - who I am forever grateful is mine. I truly won the lottery; not a single day goes by where I don't recognize my good fortune in this regard. Mum, I love you the most. Thank you, thank you, for everything, but above all, for being you. You are the best and I could not love you more.

(And, anyone who knows Carol, knows how lucky we are to have her in our lives!)

๐Ÿค๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿค 'Monโ—oโ—chrome' was a recurring group show and one of my favourites! Artists were invited to share monochromatic pieces, often black and white but not always, and the range of work made for an incredible exhibit every time. I'd love to do this show again - who's in!?

Nocturne is here!! There are lots of projects all around Downtown Dartmouth and they will be activated on Saturday, October 18th from 6pm-12am, unless specified otherwise on the graphics.

Last night was a big win for Dartmouth Cove and for downtown Dartmouth. ๐ŸŽ‰ City council voted in favour of a bylaw which blocks the infilling of an important community space.

I am thrilled to see this happen, and wildly grateful for our incredible community that worked together to stand up for what is right and best for all. I could not be more thankful to live where I do, and be surrounded by such wonderful folks.

This may not be the end of the fight to preserve the Cove, we'll see what the future brings. But for now - we should all joyfully celebrate the power of the people, of community, and the wonderfully beautiful things that can happen when we work together for the things that truly matter. โœจ๏ธ

Today is a very important day for Dartmouth Cove. Please check out and links in profile to make your voice heard, and stop this foolishness from progressing any further than it already has.

Let's shut this down once and for all. And - keep in mind, this fight is not just about this one location. If not fought off, this could set a dangerous precedent for many waterfront and community spaces being taken away from many to line the pockets of a very selfish few. I say NO! โœ‹๏ธ๐Ÿ˜ก How do you feel?

I was honoured and elated when Jane chose it to be featured on ๐˜Š๐˜›๐˜ ๐˜”๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜ฏ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ ๐˜“๐˜ช๐˜ท๐˜ฆ ๐˜ˆ๐˜ต๐˜ญ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ค to promote the exhibition during the ๐˜•๐˜ฐ๐˜ค๐˜ต๐˜ถ๐˜ณ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ: ๐˜ˆ๐˜ณ๐˜ต ๐˜ข๐˜ต ๐˜•๐˜ช๐˜จ๐˜ฉ๐˜ต Festival.
