Calling all Atlantic 2SLGBTQIA+ Artists! Now is the time to submit for Teichert Gallery’s First Annual Pride show that is happening in July! Don’t miss this amazing opportunity. Artists are invited to consider themes including: chosen families, resistance, q***r joy, as well as their own personal definition of “Pride”. All artwork will be chosen by a volunteer jury. Last month, at the Nova Scotia Loyal Expo presented by Saltscapes, we celebrated what we love most: arts, culture, creativity, and community!

In partnership with the Teichert Galleryand Friends United, four incredibly talented artists spent the weekend creating four amazing original works of art live at the Expo, captivating audiences every step of the way. Even better? Poppy Balser Paintings@jeremyvaughanpaintingsandartspace, Brian Slaon and each generously donated their finished piece to support two incredible organizations that enrich our region: Art Gallery of Nova Scotia and Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia.
Now the excitement continues… because the special online auction is officially LIVE!
This is your chance to bid on one-of-a-kind artwork while supporting the arts, mental health initiatives, and the vibrant creative spirit that makes Atlantic Canada so special.
The auction will remain open until June 7 at 10:30 p.m.
