🚗🦖 What a sight from above!

During the school holidays we captured these drone shots of the Museum car park and it’s great to see so many people making the journey west to experience what we have here in Winton.

While visitor numbers are a little slower than usual, we appreciate every person who takes the time to travel out. With a couple of hundred visitors arriving each day on average, the Museum has been a hive of activity.

If you’ve been thinking about making the trip to the Outback – this is your reminder! 🌄🦕

Recently captured enjoying their own little shaded retreat away from the cars while their humans explored the Museum.

Pets are more than welcome at the Museum and we’ve made sure they’re looked after too. Our secure pet kennels are located at the back of the Reception Centre car park – shaded, safe and equipped with fresh water to keep them comfortable.
