We will be bringing some beautiful pieces from our gift shop Gifts of Gratitude as well as information on the events we host at The Sound Temple. We will also have a stand for our sister company Sawyers Valley Retreat - a Private Perth Hills venue with a unique bush setting for your next off-site function.

Join us this Sunday for a deeply nourishing women’s retreat in the Perth Hills.
Awakening Shakti - The Devi Within is a beautiful day of self-care, deriving nourishment and cultivating an awareness of the Devi within through the many tools of Yoga.

Held within our tranquil Mandala Room, this mini retreat is aimed at supporting you in feeling held, heard, deeply nourished and empowered in learning how the tools of Yoga can provide a pathway to awakening and reconnecting to the primal energy of Shakti that dwells within and sustains all of life.

During this retreat you will experience
♥ Hatha Yoga session including mantra, āsana, prānāyāma, mudras concluding with a guided Yoga Nidra

♥ Meditative walk connecting with the elements and mother nature

♥ Lovingly prepared vegetarian food and warming cups of tea

♥ Nāda Yoga session exploring the Yoga of sound through the practice of toning, Kirtan (devotional singing)

♥ A beautiful Sound bath culminating in bringing all the elements in to guide you home to the awakened Self.

Harishakti of Yoga Classes Perth Hills will be leading the day alongside Amanda of Amanda - Yoga Teacher |Womb Sessions 🌹✨ who will guide you through the sound session to conclude the retreat.

You will leave feeling like your cup is completely full and the body and mind nourished for the weeks ahead as we move into the warmer months and embrace the freshness of Spring.

A moment of sound before the weekend 🎶
Have you noticed our beautiful sound bowls around the shop? We thought we'd bring some sound into Gifts of Gratitude for you all to be able to touch and try, they also look absolutely stunning with the matching colour pallettes.

For those who want to experience sound but aren't confident to use the bowls themselves, we have a regular sound healing on Saturday mornings and special events like our New Moon Sound Session tomorrow night. Head to the link in our bio for bookings.

Saturday Afternoon Sound Session- A Sacred Journey for Women October 3rd 2:30-5:00PM

Our Saturday afternoon Sound Session is an invitation for women to gather in sacred circle and reconnect with one of their most powerful gifts — the authentic expression of their voice. Through gentle breathwork, sound, toning, movement and deep listening, we explore the connection between womb, heart and throat, awakening the natural resonance that lives within every woman.

Held within the nurturing energy of sisterhood, this sacred sound healing journey offers space to soften, release, express and return home to yourself.

Join us for a sacred afternoon of feminine resonance, sound healing and embodied voice. This gentle and nurturing circle offers women an opportunity to reconnect with the wisdom of their natural voice through breath, toning, humming, movement and immersive sound healing.

Together we journey through womb, heart and throat awareness using guided embodiment practices, breathwork, sacred toning and deep listening.
