Coffee, Kale & Good Vibes! ☕️🥬😎

Rosie and I enjoying a coffee at Island Beans - with Rosie wearing her Kevala “Good Vibes” tee, and living up to the name! 🤩

A kind community member gave Rosie this lovely kale, so we couldn’t resist a photo with our coffees and greens 🥬 ☕️

With October being Mental Health Month, it’s a lovely reminder to make time for connection - a chat, a laugh, and little moments of kindness can help lift our spirits.

Love Rosie’s tee?
You can order one through Jodie at Kevala Health. Just send me a message 😀
