On now // Angela Stewart: Lambere

In Palette III and Palette IV, Angela Stewart brings together pastel, conté crayon and metallic leaf in richly layered works on paper.

Over time, Angela’s linework and brushwork have become increasingly pared back, revealing process and materiality.

🕛 The gallery is open tomorrow, Saturday 29 August from 12–4pm.

On now // Paul Uhlmann: Paintings of Tenderness and Eternity

At nearly two metres high, Thoughtform I and Thoughtform II command the gallery as the largest works in Paul Uhlmann’s current exhibition.

Inspired by walks along the southwest coastline, these immersive paintings capture moments where the boundaries between self and landscape begin to dissolve, shifting between the familiar and the otherworldly.

📍 See them in person at Cathedral Square from Wednesday to Friday, 11am–4pm, and Saturday 12–4pm.

Just Opened // Paul Uhlmann: Paintings of Tenderness and Eternity

Paul Uhlmann's new solo exhibition reflects on the beauty found in fleeting, everyday moments and the importance of paying attention to the world around us. In Night (Boobook Owl) featured here, Paul turns his attention to a familiar nocturnal visitor, heard close to his window on still nights.
