Delighted to share with you these works by Yasmin Gane!

Yasmin’s practice reflects on our cultural desire to capture and control time. In this project she instead invites the viewer to consider time’s passing - not as a failure but as an essential part of human experience.

The result is six incredible abstract works, which are now on display in gallery and online 🤍

After a lovely opening last night, ‘Reminiscence’ is now live in our Perth gallery and online. This show has been a favourite for many, and features work by West Australian artists Lauren Kennedy, Yasmin Gane, Lauren Tait and Rhoda Kirk.

Maryann Devereux creates highly tactile works that you just want to explore and touch! You can spot star fish and all kinds of treasures collected from the West Australian coast.

Maryann uses many layers of paint and crumbling to create paintings of local tides and oceans, that are tranquil and magical to look at.

If you’re someone who gravitates to warmer colour palettes… Stephanie Perrins is an artist you will love! We wish everyone could come in and experience these works, because they are glowwwing 🧡

Steph explores the ruggedness, warmth and stillness of the North West landscape. She’s a Perth based artist that has a wonderful style of abstract painting, full of bright earthy colours and textures.

Bridget Seaton creates in response to the West Australian bush, embracing both its beauty and imperfection with themes of decay subtly coexisting alongside renewal.

She has a beautiful representational style and really plays around with her bush strokes and slight manipulation of colour.
