This is the SWEETEST story! 🐄✨
Ariel’s signature expressive line work and markings really transform these abstract landscape works. Painted ‘en plein air’ on a property in WA, she has expertly captured the feeling and essence of the place (as well as three little visitors).

These works look beautiful paired together or can also be purchased individually. We have 3 of the ‘Three Cows’ series remaining, which can be purchased online (oxfordstgallery.com) or in gallery.

JILL BRYANT GENEVIEVE MONTGOMERIE RALPH BAKER DE-ANNE STRANGE

This group exhibition brings together West Australian artists exploring light and the way it influences colour and landscape.

Each artist offers a distinct approach, using our vibrant natural light as a lens to reflect on the enviornment, mood and memory. Together, the works are an ethereal and almost magical collection that show our world through it’s brightest lens. Works span from more realistic landscape painting and works on paper to illustrative and abstract styles. You can expect beautiful colours and flickers of gold. 🌤️

MIRIAM CANO & NATALIE VOGAS have both produced some fabulous work, exploring the ritual behind food in two very different contexts 🫒🍽️

Miriam’s work is gestural, sensual and warm, depicting food from her Mediterranean culture. More than just food, the artwork represents the ritual behind sharing food and drink.

Natalie’s work brings the ritual behind food into a very contemporary context, where it is ordered, lit by artificial lighting and sitting perfectly unconsumed. Natalie paints the work honestly as it is, with a richness to her colour and tone.

These works are on display at Oxford Street Gallery for one more week, and available to shop online (link in bio)! We hope to see you in.
