How did you all do yesterday?
This fabulous mechanical marvel made rope. You could use string, twine, baling twine, anything really that could be fed into it could be twisted into a functional and very handy rope. You just had to keep the gears greased and wind the handle on the back side of it.

Did you guess correctly yesterday?
The Baby Daisy vacuum cleaner was definitely a work out for the maids of the day. I think I prefer a broom, preferred the broom right up until the removal of the power cord. It's a great invention now! 😆
