Artworx Gallery and Gifts - Goolwa Artworx Gallery & Gift Store in Goolwa, South Australia is a regular award winner and the finest contemporary art gallery on the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Artworx Gallery & Gifts opened in October 2005 in the historic river port of Goolwa, 80 kilometres south of South Australia's capital city of Adelaide. Displaying original art, jewellery and sculptures, Artworx is located in the centre of Goolwa's heritage precinct, in an 1850s stone cottage and warehouse near the town's restaurants, hotels and historic wharf and railway station, where paddle steamers and steam rains rule.

As we welcome the first day of spring, we’d like to take a moment to thank each and every one of you who visited our gallery throughout the winter season - and especially those who came to see us during SALA. Your support means so much to our small business and to the artists we proudly represent ❤️

💙 DOUBLE WIN FOR CHRIS SUMMER!

🌊The People’s Choice votes are officially in for our SALA group exhibition ‘Blue Interpreted’, and the results are spectacular!

A massive congratulations to Chris Summer, who swept the podium by taking out both first AND second place!

🏆 His captivating piece ‘Rolling Blue’ (SOLD) was a unanimous crowd favourite, while his second painting, ‘Southern Ocean Blue’, (available) sailed right into the number two spot.

Rounding out our top three is the incredibly talented Ben Saunders, capturing hearts with his beautiful piece, ‘The Feel of Blue’ (SOLD)

We have also just drawn our lucky visitor’s prize!

We are so excited to share the incredible work of South Australian landscape artist Suzie Riley with you today!

Suzie’s deeply textured oil paintings perfectly capture the raw, untamed beauty of our local landscapes—from the sweeping coastlines of the Fleurieu Peninsula to the quiet magic of the Coorong.

Welcome to a spectacular Wednesday at Artworx Gallery, located in the heart of historic Goolwa on Hays Street!

Today, we are opening our doors 10-4 and inviting our community of art lovers to experience the breathtaking, large-scale original oil paintings of renowned South Australian artist Cheryl-Anne Brown.

Cheryl-Anne is celebrated for her powerful, raw, and highly textured expressionist landscapes. Her deep connection to the land is palpable in every stroke, aiming to allow collectors to "take a bit of the Australian landscape home" with them.

Today, we are incredibly proud to spotlight two of her finest, most moving works currently on display in the gallery.
