The Art of Richard Stanley This Art Gallery is operated by resident artist Richard Stanley. He exhibits for sale all his own w South of Hobart.

I am a professional landscape and seascape artist working in my studio at Cygnet, The Huon Valley, Southern Tasmania, Australia, 54 km. I also operate an adjoining Art Gallery where you can view and purchase all my own work. I have operated this gallery for 22 years in a beautiful old federation building (circa 1905)
with high ceilings and stained glass entrance. It's exciting to be able to share

with you my Award Winning artwork, created with oil paint on canvas. I am also able to paint 'Original Commissions' of a scene you like or something I have already done. My work is represented in several galleries both in Victoria and throughout Tasmania. I am fascinated with the delicate tones and colours of early morning and evening. I am known for the peace and stillness in my work. I enjoy large skies and clouds along with expansive waterways where I also enjoy painting reflections. I have a large range of signed, Fine Art Prints available from A4 up to A1 in size.
