Originally from Türkiye she now lives and works exclusively from her Melbourne based studio in Victoria. Sebnem graduated from the Art Department of the Art and Design Faculty of Dogus University. She then went on to work with one of Istanbul’s most prestige galleries for several years before relocating to Australia. Widespread sales throughout Turkey, USA, Europe and Australia her work appeals to

the corporate and domestic markets. Her paintings are vibrantly colorful and highly textured which attracts, collectors, home decorators and designers.

I’m beyond excited to share that my beautiful team and I will be at the Affordable Art Fair Brisbane next week! We’ve been working hard behind the scenes, and I can’t wait to finally showcase these artworks and connect with all of you in person.

Hi everyone 🤍

This is a really emotional post for me to write…

I’m closing my studio in South Melbourne.

This space has been so much more than just a place where I paint. It became my safe place… somewhere I could hide, heal, and slowly find myself again. There were so many days I created while crying, feeling lost, but I still showed up and kept going. And somehow, through all of that, I grew stronger.

Because of this space, I also met the most beautiful people — amazing friends, kind clients, and souls who truly connected with my art. I feel very lucky and very grateful for that.

Even though I feel sad saying goodbye to this lovely space, deep inside I also feel excited. I know something new is coming… a new chapter, a new space, new energy. And I can’t wait to share it with you very soon.

For the next few weeks, I’ll be doing a closing sale from the studio. If there is any artwork you’ve been thinking about, please reach out to me — I would love it to go to a beautiful home.

Lately my soul has been asking for something new, so I decided to listen.

This piece is a quiet step into a different direction for me — something more instinctive, and deeply personal. Sometimes creating is not about explaining, but simply about feeling.

I’m excited (and a little nervous) to share these new works soon for the upcoming Brisbane. 👩🏻‍🎨🎨
