‘When the light wins’ is my new painting, inspired by our South Australian Sunsets.
I love my photography & love a sunset at the beach. Sometimes I’m shooting away and suddenly notice how dark it has got, the rocks I’ve stepped over are harder to see and I know I need to head back soon. But it’s those nights where the colour still glows through the dark that keep me there. Watching the light battle against the dark.
And then I usually step into a rock pool on my way back to the car 🤣
