We are open today!
Saturday’s 9:00 - 13:00
I think I’m starting to convince myself that I’ll probably never come across an ‘ordinary’ person. What is that?
Sometimes, when I meet someone new, there’s a moment where I might be tempted to think that I’ve figured them out, that my first impression is the right impression and I know what to expect going forward.
I love patterns. Recognizing them and making decisions based on them is a really easy go-to. But most of the things worth noticing often don’t conform to the cookie-cutter version. If I were to let what I expect to find be the limits of what I experience, I’d be robbing myself of wonder.
This piece is titled ‘An Inclination to Wonder’
A glimpse of something
Might be better
Than perceiving it wholly
Letting it be
More than what we are sure of
