And so we say Adieu to yet another fabulous Plett ARTS Festival for the Plett Arts Collective at the fabulous Palms!

We had 11 sales between us, plus another two sales for Hilary Appelgryn at Plettenberg Bay Arts Association Community Canvas - so 13 sales in total.

Much is owed to the incredible Plett community who supported the festival with such vigour. We also had many visitors to our beautiful town who have taken our art far and wide.

This is Stevie…. Stevie is a very special Golden Doodle. She is basically my ‘grand dog’ she belongs to my son and daughter in law, Michael and Kim Hunt - and my adorable grandchildren, Ollie and Sammy.
Painted with love in pan and pastel pencils on pastelmat.

Here are just a few!

‘Madam’ Lily always has to occupy my already too small space whilst I’m drawing…. This often results in disagreements!

The Plett arts community has spoken, and the Plett ARTS Festival will be going ahead from 25 September to 4 October 2026, with support and assistance from passionate artists who have determined that the fat lady has not yet sung.
