Two kinds, actually.

There’s the literal handcrafted tea poured from Cup Classique | Handcrafted Natural Tea, whose flagship store lives right here at 223. And there’s the other tea: everything happening in the building; the exhibitions, events, workshops and activations, straight from the artists and collaborators who make this place what it is.

Turns out it’s Three is a Party Tea by Cup Classique | Handcrafted Natural Tea, poured slow, best enjoyed among the art. Because 223 isn’t just a place to look... it’s a place to sit, steep, and stay a while. Tea, cake and coffee, quietly waiting between the walls.

Come for a slice and a cup. Stay for the art. Or the other way round, we don’t mind.

KLINK. 🍷 The sound of a good glass meeting great art.

Our wine-and-art experience is back for its third year and this one’s a full day of it. 223 Jan Smuts and Candice Berman Gallery team up with Slow W**e Co (Slow W**e Co.) to fill the hub with over 10 boutique South African wineries, brand-new exhibitions, live music, creative workshops, artist activations and food stalls. Come for the pour, stay for the art, leave having met half of Joburg.

Wander, taste, discover - all under one roof, in the heart of Rosebank.
