The MAC was thrilled to host the Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce's Women's Business Network Morning Mixer! This lively event filled the building with the energy of more than 40 leaders in local business connecting and supporting one another. Eric Gnezda launches his memoir with an interview from journalist and former NPR host, Ann Fisher, readings and performances with virtuoso violinist Arkadiy Gips. His book covers his early years in Worthington through the present, including his creation of the PBS music series, Songs at the Center. Join us for stories of familiar faces and places.

We need your help to continue Cultural Connections into the future!

Cultural Connections is a beloved series at the McConnell Arts Center.
In just three years, it has highlighted thirteen different countries, and we are deeply committed to continuing—and expanding—this work.

Unfortunately, after losing key funding, Cultural Connections is now in danger. We urgently need to raise $20,000 to continue this vital series into our 2026-2027 season to uplift global voices, support working artists, and bring the world to Worthington. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we have reached almost $6,000 of our $20,000 goal. With continued support, these stories, cultures, and creative livelihoods can remain visible, vibrant, and celebrated.
