Midnight at the Masquerade — Murder Mystery Dinner! 🎭🔍

Join us at the Wickenburg Ranch Event Hall on Saturday, October 24th, from 4-8PM to savor a delicious dinner while participating in a murder mystery theater performance by a professional troupe.

Solve the mystery. Ask the questions. Buy a clue. 🤫🪶

The funds raised at this unique event will support K9 Konnection by supporting stray and surrendered dogs, as well as the Wickenburg Art Club. We are earmarking our portion of this year's proceeds to finish our remodel at the WAC art center.

🚨 Breaking! Community Invited to Sign Final Beam at New Sigler Western Art Museum 🚨

The Sigler Western Museum is inviting the community to leave its mark on a historic milestone by signing the final structural beam for the new Sigler Western Art Museum & Pavilion.

🚧 The beam signing will take place on Friday, Sept. 11, from 9 a.m. to noon at the construction site. 📍Visitors may enter at the corner of S Tegner and Coconino streets. Okland Construction will have the beam in front of their trailer ready for the community to sign.

The final beam, scheduled to be installed the week of Sept. 14, will mark the completion of the building’s structural framework and usher in the next phase of construction. Community members are encouraged to stop by, sign their names on Sept. 11 and become a permanent part of the Museum’s next chapter.

“This building belongs to the community as much as it does to the Museum,” said Hillary Harnasch, Interim Museum Director. “We want the people who have supported this project and the Museum to have the opportunity to literally put their names on its history.”

The new Art Museum and Art Pavilion will expand the Sigler Western Museum campus across Wickenburg Way, providing new gallery and gathering spaces dedicated to Western art and programs including its growing Women in Western art collection.

The Museum extends its thanks to our generous supporters, trustees, Museum members, staff, volunteers, community leaders, architects at Studio Ma and Okland construction teams, and the Town of Wickenburg for helping make this milestone possible.

Reminder: ✅ On Saturday, Aug. 22, from 1 to 3 p.m., Wickenburg artist Gina Beck will demonstrate acrylic painting and experimental mixed-media techniques. Beck will explore creative layering and other approaches that encourage artists to break through creative blocks, experiment with new ideas and discover unexpected possibilities in their work.

An Arizona native, Beck draws inspiration from the colorful people, animals and landscapes of the West. Her paintings feature horses, rodeo scenes, desert landscapes and wildlife brought to life through swirling colors and a slightly whimsical style.

Beck began her professional art career 37 years ago with tole and decorative painting and has been teaching, creating and painting ever since. She earned an associate degree in fine art from Northland Pioneer College before continuing her education with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in fine art. During her time in Las Vegas, she designed and painted clothing for the Tropicana, Hilton and other shops.

Today, Beck owns a shop and gallery in Wickenburg where she displays her paintings, painted furniture and three-dimensional creations.

The Aug. 22 demonstration is free and open to the public at the Sigler Western Museum’s Cultural Crossroads Learning Center.
