May this year’s celebrations be an opportunity to learn, connect and pause to reflect on the incredible changes and shifts we’ve seen over the last couple of weeks. 📸 Historic New England

This week's #ThrowbackThursday is two truths and a fib about the Clark Blacksmith Shop. Can you guess which isn't true? 🤔
1. The last owner was Ella S. Goodrich.
2. The original floor was made with pickled pine and was ruined in the Flood of 1936. (the fib!)
3. The granite came from a New Hampshire farm owned by Reuben Marsh, the father of two sons who started the department store Jordan Marsh.

Staffer Michele says the herb garden is doing well! She made lime using fireplace ash and top-dressed the gardens with it and some manure. Seeds have been slow to sprout, probably from the chilly weather, though onion sets are in the ground and Lady’s Mantle, Valerian, Sweet Cicely, Sweet Woodruff and Comfrey are starting to come up. 🌱

Want to go on a Ghost tour some Friday Night at the BigE
So this is a replica of different buildings that exist or used to exist in NH and MA and not actual village?
Someone loves his new friend Ezekiel..
I captured this Beautiful moment today at Storrowton Village Yuletide...not sure who this little boy is, he drew a picture of what he wanted for Santa. Hoping maybe his mom and dad will see this or others may just enjoy the pure beauty.
Thanks for putting on a wonderful event! Our little one loved meeting Santa.
I can't find this on the website, but what are the hours? How much is it to get in? What days are you open? Is the tavern open daily or is it reservation only or just a rental hall?
