It was so wonderful to be a part of the Gladys E. Kelly Public Library Bites, Books and Blooms annual fundraiser last night. Thank you to Samuel Slater Experience superhero Robyn Tracy for designing our submission this year. We chose Jeff Stefanik's Beside Blue Waters, a history of Webster Lake published by the Experience. Copies are available for purchase in the gift shop, at Booklover's Gourmet Booklovers’ Gourmet and Carla Manzi. You can see this and all the other wonderful arrangements at the library until tomorrow. Go check them out!

This weekend! Join us on Sunday, September 20 at 1 p.m. for a talk on the truth behind President James A. Garfield's assassination as told by Netflix's "Death by Lightning" documentary.

In the age of the historical drama, how can you tell what is real and what has been dramatized? Join us on Sunday, September 20 at 1pm for a free history presentation by Paul Lambert Sr. about the true story behind the Netflix miniseries "Death by Lightning." Did Hollywood get the story of one of our lesser known President's assassination right? Stop by to learn what is fact and what is fiction.
