Calling All Motorsports Historians‼️Abstract applications for this years Michael R. Argetsinger Symposium are now open!

SAH and our friends at the International Motor Racing Research Center are preparing for the Tenth Annual Michael R. Argetsinger Symposium on International Motor Racing History at the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel, in historic Watkins Glen, New York on Thursday and Friday, November 12 & 13, 2026.

Submissions for presentations on motorsport history are due July 31st and can be emailed to [email protected] in PDF or Word document form.

The IMRRC joins the racing community in mourning the loss of NASCAR driver Kyle Busch. Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and team at this time.

We are saddened and heartbroken to share the news of the passing of Kyle Busch, a two-time Cup champion and one of our sport's greatest and fiercest drivers. He was 41 years old.

We extend our deepest condolences to the Busch family, Richard Childress Racing and the entire motorsports community.
