Hello everyone!! It’s been SOOoO longggg!!! 🥰

We have missed everyone!
I truly believe it was a blessing in disguise that we needed to move our shop. We hadn’t found a new spot, then covid hit, and because I have autoimmune issues I would have chosen to close up anyways. We have been homeschooling this entire time since we closed up. And it has been the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. I’m so grateful to be home with my girls, and a huge thank you to my husband for tirelessly working so that I can stay home with them. ❤️
If y’all can believe it, this little lady is almost 10!!! 😵‍💫😳
She has joined the Girl Scouts! And she has made it clear she wanted to sell cookies to “her customers” from “her old store” 😂🥰🤦🏻‍♀️
It’s her world- I’m just living in it.
We are in Waterbury, and can deliver to your door here in town. For anyone outside of Waterbury, we would do a Montpelier pick up on a few days of the week so that we can accommodate different times for different people. If you live outside of Waterbury and would like to order, please shoot me a msg letting me know that a Montpelier pick up will work for you (it would be around feb 20ish and following days after that) we can’t approve the order without getting that ability to meet up confirmation! ☺️

On Feb 27th the girls will be able to do ship to your house- near and far! And this little lady is wanting her “shipped in all fifty states patch” so after Feb 27th anyone from anywhere can order and have them delivered right to your door!
(Right now we are only allowed to sell- girl delivered cookies- which still may come to your door, but that’s only if you’re a lucky local! 😉)

Please SHARE Hector is still missing and I’m heartbroken!

Hector Yglesias is a one year old, neutered, male cat. Pale Orange/tan/ with white paws and patching white belly up to neck. Honey colored eyes. He went missing in the night of 10/19 after not coming in. He is an indoor/outdoor cat, but spends most of his time snuggling his mommy. He doesn’t roam far from home, so we are thinking a neighbor cat or other animal scared Hector away from home. He comes when I call him 100% of the time, but it is too far to hear me. I’ve hiked the hills, the forests, zigzagging, looking high, looking low. Searching the streets, back yards, you name it. I’ve tried all the researchable things to do to help bring a cat back home. He may have been most recently spotted crossing Perry hill rd close to where the dirt meets pavement (on the park and ride side). But was unable to locate him afterwards. I am walking from where he was spotted, to home, trying to leave a scent. But please everyone, check your garages and sheds, underneath anything a cat could hide. I need the community’s help bringing my boy home! 💔 We are truly devastated. And I will stop at nothing to bring my boy home. My heart is broken without my boy.

‼️My baby boy is still missing❗️I have searched the darks of night, in the woods all night, through the city, I’m only one woman, I need help. PLEASE share my boy, I need leads so I know where to look. I’ve been traipsing through the woods each night, getting lost, scared, but it’s not even slightly comparable to what he’s probably feeling. And that is killing me. PLEASE PLEASE share my boy. I’m dying without him. 💔💔💔💔

So on 11/9 there was a possible sighting on Harvey farm rd Waterbury. We set up feeding stations but none were visited. 😞
We are now waiting for more sightings. And the snow for tracks. If you live or travel Guptil road, Kneeland Flats road, or any of the surrounding areas please keep watch for anything that looks like my sweet Hector! 💔

11/7 Sighting on Guptil road! He must have cut through the woods! Her kids spotted him first and said, “There’s Hector!” Then she described him to me perfectly! She is putting food out tonight and I am putting the cams out in the morning! Come home to me Hector! 💔♥️♥️♥️

11/6 Possible sighting at around 8:30am today near Keefe lane. On the lower half of Perry Hill! Orange/tan cat spotted! Which could be realistically him if Joe had seen him further up the hill last week! Does anyone know anyone who live around this area that would allow me to set a trap or game camera?! Or that I can supply cat food to be set out!‼️

11/3 Got a call from someone down by Waterbury medical area on south main st. Saw a pale orange cat that he thought could have been hector, sent pics and he said 60-75% thinks it could be. I’m gonna go check it out, but if anyone know of any cats in that area that could be mistaken as hector let me know. I won’t turn down any leads!

💔💔💔please I’m begging you Thriftcatchers fam- please share this!!!! Please! My Hector is gone, and I need more people to know he’s missing. I don’t know why this isn’t getting shared much but maybe it’s cause my friends list is so small on my personal page. I NEED my Hector home. He is not just my cat- he is my lifeline! 💔💔💔 PLEASE share! 😭💔

Hello everyone! I know it's been a long time! My girls and I have been very busy this fall, they are both homeschooling right now, and we've done lots of adventurous things. Joe and I got married in Puerto Rico all by ourselves! (Very exciting) and we've just been spending a lot of Family time together. Joe landed an awesome job at Norwich, so he's been extra busy and we have not been able to complete the new shop project yet (I know I know lol) but on that note, the girls and I are going to start doing live shows! I've tried posting things before, and that's fine and all, but it's very impersonal. I really want to be able to have conversations with y'all again and connect with you guys like I did when I was at the store. I miss all of my most loyal customers, most of which have turned friends! I miss you guys! So we're going to start selling things live and I'll be doing either deliveries of things if there's a large amount of things going to Montpelier, etc. and for my trusted customers you guys are welcome to my home to pick up, in which case you would be able to get a private view of other things I have in stock! 😎 We haven't ironed out all the details yet, but expect a live show coming soon- is there any time that works best for anyone? I'm assuming evenings will work, but we may not have the best light for that so maybe early afternoon? The girls will be helping me so you'll get to see them again- they've been growing like little weeds! And this will be a Great project for marketing, management, sales, communication, deal making etc. I'm really excited about this!
