When designing logos, it’s tempting to fall back on clichés and obvious symbols. For an art gallery like Atelier, that might mean paintbrushes, palettes, or picture frames. If you rely on generative AI to design for you, that’s exactly where it will end up. But good design, true human creativity, goes deeper than that.

At Atelier, the facade and windows are central to how the gallery presents itself. The windows frame the promotional graphics for each exhibition and offer passersby a direct view of the art inside. They’re the first point of connection between the public and the works on display. We designed Atelier’s logo based on these windows—a detail that’s unique and authentically connected to the space.

I finally had time to check out and try the bagels I’ve been excited about since my first meeting with the owner, Becky. Absolutely delicious. Current recommendation: the California bagel sandwich.

Warsaw is finally getting a new bagel shop, and we couldn’t be more excited!

When asked us to create their logo and identity, our focus was to capture their inventive flavors with a unique and playful design. We centered the identity on flavor-inspired elements: a bagel pattern consisting of bagel shapes with various topping patterns in 27 different colorways, bold colors, and a fun typeface. The icon features a bagel shape and signature pattern.

We can’t wait to try all that Lake City Bagels has to offer!

We just wrapped up the installation of a Traditions Mural for just in time for homecoming! These images represent our process including the initial concept sketch, preliminary artwork with lettering, mockup, mural installation and the final before and after. Check out the fresh new look we designed for Warsaw Community Public Library! 📚

We’re thrilled to share the logo and identity we created for Warsaw Community Public Library! Our design features bright colors and energetic imagery to highlight the library’s diverse services and activities. The logo was created using modern typefaces and a monogram designed to also look like a bookmark. This form reinforces the traditional understanding of a library as a provider of knowledge and information and also reflects the library as a holding place for community gatherings and activities.

When Fulton County approached us to develop a new logo and identity, we aimed to create something that embodies the county’s welcoming character and attracts visitors. The resulting logo features rounded, playful type that reflects the friendly and inviting nature of Fulton County. Our approach to the identity revolved around a flexible tagline that cleverly plays on the name ‘Fulton’ to highlight various attributes that the county is “Full” of. This tagline adapts to showcase the numerous benefits Fulton County provides to its residents and community.

When Pottery Bayou needed a fresh logo and brand identity, they reached out to us. Inspired by their friendly vibe and fun name, we designed a logo featuring a cute alligator holding a paintbrush. With a lively pink and green color scheme, we believe the design perfectly captures their playful essence. We also included additional graphic elements such as Spanish moss and a series of gator character illustrations by Andy Jewett to add visual interest and a sense of cohesive charm to the brand.

A brand’s visual identity is more than just a logo. When Cable Bullet approached us, they had a logo but lacked a cohesive brand identity to convey their innovative railing system. We created an Identity Guide detailing every visual aspect—from typefaces to hand-drawn elements—to help them build strong connections with their audience and establish a positive brand image. We also created product illustrations to showcase the functionality and superior features of Cable Bullet’s patented system.
