The Vault hosts art-related events and offers a wide range of affordable artwork for sale, including jewelry, painting, ceramics and pottery, art glass, photography, metal art, wood art and more. The gallery even offers a vintage clothing section and a record shop. The Vault is located in a historic former bank

building in downtown Tuscola and gets its name from the huge vault located behind the front counter. Downtown Tuscola is located one-half mile north of U.S. 36 and 1 mile west of Interstate 57. The gallery is 23 miles south of Champaign-Urbana, 23 miles north of Mattoon and Charleston, and 35 miles east of Decatur. We are also only 16 miles from the only Amish settlement in Illinois. We are the small-town gallery with the big-city feel. Come see what we have made, just for you.

The unveiling of “Beckoning“ painting by James Powell at The Vault Art Gallery in downtown Tuscola is from 1 to 3 pm on Sunday, September 6. James Powell will give a brief talk, Kaliesta and Kimberly LaMonto, the subjects in the painting will be present. Piano music by Kimberly LaMonto. Italian pastries and refreshments in honor of the painting’s location (Florence, Italy) will be served. We hope you can join us for a special celebration!

Unfortunately due to illness, Kirby J. Pringle will not be at the book signing today. The good news, though, is that his lovely wife, Cynthia Pringle, will be at the signing of the couple's new book, "The Imperfect Caterpillar." Cindy will be at the Vault from 1 to 2:30 pm today. Yay! Two of the Vault's longest serving artists have a new book, "The Imperfect Caterpillar," and Kirby J. Pringle and Cynthia Pringle will do a reading from 1 to 2:30 pm Saturday (Aug. 29) at The Vault Art Gallery. The Vault is located at 100 N. Main, downtown Tuscola.

And if you can't make it, the couple will have the book on sale at their space at the Vault. The book can also be ordered online at their Etsy shop. The link is in the comment below.
