The Reid Park ZOOcson online silent auction is now live.

We made this piece for the auction using leftover tiles from the large bench mural we installed outside the zoo this summer. That cute little elephant and tiny frog are the same as the ones in the mural! The auction and the bidding on this piece (item 324) can be accessed at the site below.

Next time you visit Tucson Botanical Gardens, look for our most recent memorial bench. It was commissioned in remembrance of three U of A students who tragically lost their lives after being hit by a car in a crosswalk. It is a nighttime desert scene with a full moon and three large stars, each representing one of the students. The photographs are in reverse order.
