We would like to extend an invitation to all you Clubs, Home Schoolers and individual adventurers to come check out the “Burt County Museum!” There’s something for every age group! We offer lessons, tours and great stories about the past! Lots of archives to see that bring back memories but also indulge in great conversations! A museum is a wide open book of knowledge. Our Summer Display, “Good O’l Summertime Fun” will be up through September 15. We would love to see you soon! We are open Tues., Thurs. and Saturday afternoons from 1 to 5. We are open on July 4th from 1 to 4. Come and cool off and see our tribute to our Nations 250th celebration and how Burt County played an important roll! Also yard games for the kids, ice water and cookies! While touring the houses and one-room schoolhouse the kids can participate in a fun find the flags game!
Our summer display, Good Ol’ Summer Time” takes you back a few years to enjoy some summer activities that our ancestors did for fun! There is so much to learn and see. There’s something for everyone at the Burt County Museum!

The Gazebo work has begun. Thank you all who have so far donated for the new benches! We appreciate you so much!

Recently we met up with the folks at Master's Hand in Tekemah, Nebraska and sampled a few of their signature pies. Our visit didn't disappoint. There is a reason Master's Hand is commonly listed as one of the TOP TRAVEL destinations in the state of Nebraska.
