I’m working on this series of three flyfishing pieces that represent basic beliefs of life;

The first, “keep Your Tip Up!” Will be auctioned next Friday at the Warriors & Quiet Waters Foundation’s Taste Fest. Sept. 11, in Bozeman, MT.

Where "keep your line tight" is about connection and "don't horse it" is about restraint, "keep your tip up" is about resilience—using your flexible strength to buffer the heavy hits so you don't snap under pressure.
