Wonderfully weird creations by a whimsical wizard (of clay that is)

Hello! Long time no see. It's been a while since I've been able to create. While the world certainly has not gotten better, and I'm still tentative to start making content again, I've been itching to get back to my artist life.

I will be adding things to my shop soon, but first I have a few pop-up events to go to before I add anything online.
I'm excited to show you what I'll have in store!

But first, a throwback. I was organizing my studio and came across these boxes. They were supposed to be small houses for my Polly pockets, made with oil clay. They were some of my very first clay creations, back at least 20 years ago. The oil clay has not held up well with time, but I look on them with fondness anyways. It's amazing how far I've come since my first experiences with clay!

And here it is, my first post of the new year and it's still Christmas themed 🤦‍♀️😂 oh well.
I wanted to share a couple of the trees that I was working on this morning. They'll be part of my Christmas tree decorating scenes that will be hopefully released later this month.

The one on the right is missing pinecone ornaments, but I was excited about the garland so I posted it anyways 🤗

Decorated tree scenes are coming, eventually! They're definitely too late for the season but I want to finish them anyways.

Here's a close-up shot of my favorite baking scene, the gingerbread train!
I loved making all the tiny details come to life, but my very favorite one is the teeny tiny licorice twists that make up the clasps between the train cars. 🚂 It's a little difficult to see, being so small, but it's worth it 🥰

It's sugar cookie time! 🎅⭐🎄🔔⛄
These mice have been up all night baking for Christmas!
It's a holiday tradition for them, especially with buttercream frosting 😋 if you give a mouse a cookie, they'll eat for a day, but if you give a mouse the recipe, they'll make cookies every year!

These creations are one of a kind, as some of the accessories can't be bought any more.

🛑PSA🛑 The deadline to buy anything on my website and have them ship in time for Christmas is by 3pm Friday the 19th. I'm extending the deadline because I wasn't able to get these out earlier when I wanted to.

Choo choo! 🚂 The gingerbread train is on its way to the North Pole! And these two mousey conductors are along for the ride.

I will have sugar cookie scenes out early tomorrow to meet the noon deadline for Christmas orders. I'm still going to be making tree scenes, but unfortunately I'll be releasing them too late to be shipped in time for Christmas. I thought I started with plenty of time, but you know how that goes 🙄😄

It's gingerbread house time! 🍭🏠🍬
I don't know about you, but I love making gingerbread houses. It's one of my favorite holiday traditions, especially if it's a competition!

These two baking scenes just hit my website!

These mice have been busy baking up some holiday spirit, starting with gingerbread cookies 😋

I just got these in the mail! 🤩 I'm so excited to finish the mini they belong to! 😁

I have many happy memories of making Christmas cookies with my grandma, using vintage cutters just like these. I'm so happy that my mice can experience cutout cookies the same way!
