The girls of troop 76482 and their leader Christine Scesny just finished their 4th harvest for the food pantry at Calvary Church. Dozens of zucchini, peppers, onions, eggplants, & lettuce were donated. Celery, broccoli, & jalapenos are still to come. Thank you girls for a job well done!

schoolroom and yearbook collection is our most populat attraction and it would be nice to have complete collections. Also Aquinas yearbooks for the 60's and 90's.

The 2 story O'Dell Chiropractic building has been demolished! Dr. O'Dell practiced on the 2nd floor for over 60 years. It was built in 1949.Throughout the years the 1st floor had several business' Cunningham Drugs, Rox Paint, Cash Way Tile, Joy Ceramics, Smoke Brothers Florist, and KDI Kitchens.

The City is celebrating its 60th anniversary this weekend. Friday was a gala party at Parkside Gardens. There will be an open house at the Musuem Sunday 1-3 and pumpkin activities on the Museum lawn. All the photos and ads are of business, schools and churches that were operating in 1958. The politicians all were elected in Southgate's 1st election 60 years ago this week.
