Holiday Sandcastle Village of South Padre Island Sculpture garden located on West Ling St., under the Ferris Wheel. Open 24/7. $1 donation requested.

The village is a work in progress, with older sculptures being rotated out to be recarved and replaced with new ones.

New Sculpture Alert!

Bruce and Albert will be returning to our big tent to carve a brand new sand sculpture commemorating the 250th anniversary of the USA.

The two sculptors will take a full week (starting Tuesday). They describe their sculpture as a patriotic parade through our country’s history— led by Lady Liberty.

It’s not every day you get to see artists of this caliber at work, so drop by the Sandcastle Village next week and cheer them on - maybe drop a buck or two in the tip jar.

This sculpture is being funded in large part by our good friend Nancy Patterson. Thanks, Nancy!
