Mark your calendars- how cool is this?!
This is the actual tree headed to the Capitol's lawn in D.C. It's been a few years since Sheridan has hosted this!

🎄The Capitol Christmas Tree is Sheridan bound! 🎄

The tree will arrive in the heart of downtown Sheridan on November 9 - come out from 6pm-8pm for photos, caroling, hot chocolate, and more!

What a way to ring in the holiday season, and continue celebrating the US Semiquincentennial.

We had such a great time at our Kendrick Cattle Company Day yesterday! It was so great watching former KCC employees reconnect, hear the stories that were being shared, AND be able to share this rich history with those just learning about it!

Former KCC cowboy, Hovey Kemp, wrote a memoir about his summers on the ranches, and shared some of the stories with those gathered. He even donated copies of his book, Montana Stories, and those are for sale inside the mansion.

The band, Rhyder Scott and the Sunset, were just awesome, and the food from WYTEX BBQ was delicious!

Thank you to everyone who made the time to come and share this day with us!

The historic OW Chuckwagon arrived on site yesterday; ranch exhibits have gone up inside the mansion; videos from the early Kendrick ranch days are ready to be shown; the band is ready to play; and the food truck is about to make its journey here!

So bring your ranch memories, share your stories, and experience the rich legacy of the Kendrick Ranches at this free, family-friendly event celebrating local history and Western heritage!

It was the Sheridan WYO Rodeo Parade day, here! Trail End's entry advertised our upcoming Kendrick Cattle Company Day (more info coming soon) in September, and featured a chuckwagon and campfire. (See the comments for our campfire in action!)
