NOAPS is pleased to announce the Best of Show Award in 2026 Best of America goes to Fengshi Jin for "Portrait Series"
Congratulations, Fengshi!
This award was provided by NOAPS and Southwest Art Magazine

Awards judge Cheng Lian noted the artist's "stand out realist ability and strong command of handling light"
Awards judge Benjamin Walter commented that the portrait "glows with light. The backlit hair wreaths and illuminates the face. What drew me to the painting, and what is evidence of mastery, is the value handling of the face in shadow. Every form is modeled, despite incredible tight values."
Best of America is at through Sept 28. 2026
