If you’ve stepped inside Studio 124, you may have seen our Art in Motion corner. This is where works are staged before heading out to their next destination, whether that’s a member’s home for a new chapter or a collector’s home for good. The space helps our art handling partners prepare for each delivery and gives our guests a glimpse into what makes C-lective unique: art is meant to be lived with, experienced, and enjoyed. From the moment a work arrives with us to the moment it finds its place in someone’s life, there’s always something in motion. And today, we’re celebrating one more piece finding its forever home! 👋🏼🖤✨

Have you been keeping up with Beau Regards? 🐾

Our studio dog has officially become a regular contributor to our newsletter, The Salon, sharing his thoughts on the fine art he spends his days surrounded by. In his latest column, Beau weighs in on Stanton Dodson’s “Constantly Competing”, currently on view at Studio 124.

We think he has excellent taste.

And if you haven’t met our resident art dog yet, come by Studio 124, see “Constantly Competing” for yourself, and show Beau some love. 🩵

Why is “timeless” the goal?

We see this all the time: a client falls for a piece, then hesitates. Will it still feel right in ten years? Will it go with whatever decor comes next? Yet, they love it right now.

In the latest edition of our newsletter, The Salon, curator Courtney Sharps makes the case for buying in the present, treasuring it in the future, and skipping the sameness of millennial grey. Because the best things don’t have to escape time. They get to become part of it.

Swipe through for a taste, then subscribe on our website (link in bio) so you never miss a story.

Torn on a piece right now? Message us. We’d love to talk about living with fine art!

Scenes from Studio 124 🩵 We’ve loved having so much company in the clubhouse lately. Our members live with fine art everyday, and when they want to discuss it and see more, they pop by. Community is such an important part of what we do, and we love watching ours grow.

Happy October! Looking forward to an even busier fall 🍁🍂

We love Ajaya. Her mixed-media practice explores memory, place, and the feeling of carrying pieces of home with us. Drawing from locations, experiences, and landscapes that have shaped her, Ajaya’s works incorporate materials like soil, sand, stone, fabric, and thread to create pieces that are deeply personal and wonderfully tactile. Ajaya invites us to slow down, look a little closer, and connect with the places and memories we carry with us.

Join us tomorrow at Studio 124 from 12-3pm to discover her work, spend time in the clubhouse, and enjoy a lovely day by the Bay!

We love Stanton. Birds, fish, and plant life are recurring subjects in his work as he explores the movement and connection that exist all around us. Through simplified forms, imperfect marks, and layered color, Stanton creates a sense of movement balanced by stillness, celebrating freedom and connection while leaving space for each of us to bring something of our own to the work.

We’re so excited to introduce you to his work while he’s creating even more at Gliding Barnacles. Come spend an afternoon with us in Sausalito, immersed in great, local art on September 26th from 12–3pm.

RSVPs are encouraged. Link in bio. 🔗🩵

We love Callan. Her practice explores connection, nature, place, and, above all, community. With a tenderness that feels both nostalgic and deeply present, her work reminds us to slow down, appreciate the beauty around us, and hold dear our people and the places we call home.

Though Callan will be in London, hard at work on her Masters, we will be exhibiting and loving her work at Studio 124. Come chat with us about Callan and enjoy an afternoon of amazing art in Sausalito on September 26th from 12-3pm!

RSVPs are encouraged. Link in bio! 🔗🩵
