We're excited to partner with UNIQLO USA as they return to downtown San Francisco! Over the next two years, they’ll be supporting programming for four After Dark events and providing 250 family vouchers to welcome ~1,000 visitors from underserved communities.

Wonder Funday is back on Sunday, January 31, 2027! Explore surprising hands-on activities and design challenges throughout the museum, get creative with our 700+ interactive exhibits, and discover new ways to play, make, and wonder together. 💡

Your participation helps fund the Exploratorium’s educational programs and expand access to hands-on science, including field trips for Title I schools, professional learning for science teachers, and community programs throughout the Bay Area and beyond. 🤝

Field trip season has entered the building!

Tuesday–Friday, 10 a.m.–3 p.m., the Exploratorium is buzzing with curious students, big questions, hands-on discoveries, and countless “WHOA, WHAT DOES THIS DO?” moments.

If you’re looking for a quieter time to wander, experiment, and follow your curiosity, weekday afternoons are a great time to visit once the field trip crowds start heading home.
