Housed in the 1846 Courthouse, the Portsmouth Art & Cultural Center becomes a "Winter Wonderland" the Friday after Thanksgiving through December 31. Stop by for make-n-take crafts, music and sing-a-longs, book signings, performances, story telling, and more.
