The Delmarva Discovery Museum is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant to the Director to join our team. This is a part-time position to support the Executive Director - 20 to 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Must be experienced in Google Drive, Canva, Zeffy and all social media platforms. Good verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of good business etiquette. Organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail important.

Requirements:

- Experience as Administrative Assistant.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Drive, Square and Quickbooks.

- Must be experienced in using Canva and Zeffy

- Must be experienced in all social media platforms

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are highly valued.
